Method: Traditional Beaujolais method with vatting for 5 days with temperatures kept low, then brought up.
Maturing: in oak barrels of 5 to 6 wines. Bottled in May. Production: 2500 bottles/year.
Wine tasting: lovely ruby-red color with the scent of ripe red fruits and spices (pepper). Pleasant in the mouth, lightly oaky to give it structure and character. Highly drinkable even as a young wine, it can be kept for 4 to 5 years.
