Exposure: Northwest.
Output: 66 hl/ha (about 706 US gallons/acre)
Average age of parcels is 35 years.
Maturing: 10 months in 500-liter barrels, 25% of which are new.
Maturing on fine lees and regular stirring.
Bottled at the beginning of May.
Total production: 15,000 bottles/year.
