Age of vines: 25 years.
Output: 66 hl/ha (about 706 US gallons/acre)
Location: altitude 300m (984 feet).Eastern hillside.
Harvests by hand.
Wine produced and matured in oak barrels (25% new) for 10 months.
Bottled in May.
Total production: 5000 bottles/year.
Wine tasting: Rich, well-structured wine, silky with an oakiness blended in. Long in the mouth, this Mâcon is a first class wine for ageing.
