Age of the Vine 35 years.
Winemaking Slow gentle pressing, débourbage 12 to 18 hours in vats, then descend by gravity into the barrels for the fermentation phases.
Aging 10 months in oak barrels, of which 25% are new.
Maturing on fine fermentation lees and regular bâtonnage.
Bottled in August.
Current production is about 4000 bottles/year.
Wine tasting This fresh and elegant Wine evokes us white fruits, the white flowers (locust tree). Crisp acidity, mineral, and balanced in the palate with long final on "Flint". He will get married marvelously to your seafood’s and fishes. Tasting temperature between 12 to 14C °.
