Southern exposure.
Output: 58 hl/ha (about 621 US gallons/acre)
Age of the vine: 25 years.
Maturing: in three barrels, one of which is new each year, for 10 months.
Bottled in August.
Total production of the cuvee in bottles: 900 bottles/year.
Wine tasting: Wine with a sustained golden color. Notes of white flowers and pears, rich, soft and full in the mouth.
