Output: 58 hl/ha (about 621 US gallons/acre)
Average age of parcels is 35 years.
Maturing: 10 months in barrels, of which 25% are new.
Bottling is done at the end of August.
Current production is about 4000 bottles/year.
Wine tasting: Notes of ripe fruit with an oaky freshness remarkably blended.
